Returns & Refunds

At Hoyle Lane Designs, each order is custom-made using your personal photos. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.


Damages, Defects, or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Custom Product Policy

All Hoyle Lane Designs products are made-to-order using customer-submitted images. Because of this:

  • We cannot accept returns based on photo selection, cropping, or image quality submitted by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, brightness, or alignment may occur during printing and are not considered defects

We take care to prepare each image for print, but final results reflect the original file provided.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider
